Tap Truck VI Pricing

Mobile tap truck and bartending service for weddings and private events across Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island, BC. Clients supply their own beverages; Tap Truck VI provides the truck, tap system, equipment, and licensed bartenders. Prices below are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST. The first 40 km of travel from our Esquimalt base is included; $3/km one-way applies beyond that. Peak-season pricing (a 20% premium) applies to events Friday evening through Sunday, July through September.

Wedding Packages

• The Classic Pour — $1,700 + GST off-peak, $2,040 + GST peak season. A clean, elegant bar service for your big day. Includes: Up to 4 hours of service; Two licensed bartenders; Four tap beverages; Bottled wine/bubbly service; Full truck setup & breakdown; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, cleaning towels & serving essentials; Side bar setup for service.
• Tap Truck Signature — $2,200 + GST off-peak, $2,640 + GST peak season. The most popular choice - more taps, more time, two bartenders. Includes: Up to 6 hours of service; Two licensed bartenders; Four tap beverages; One optional custom tap cocktail + garnish; Bottled wine/bubbly service; Full truck setup & breakdown; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, cleaning towels & serving essentials; Side bar setup for service.
• Tap Truck Premium — $3,000 + GST off-peak, $3,600 + GST peak season. The full experience - cocktails, styling, and everything taken care of. Includes: Up to 8 hours of service; Two licensed bartenders; Four tap beverages; Two optional custom tap cocktails + garnishes; Custom drink menu + styling touches; Bottled wine/bubbly service; Full truck setup & breakdown; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, cleaning towels & serving essentials; Side bar setup for service.

Private Event Packages

• Tap Truck Lite — $900 + GST off-peak, $1,080 + GST peak season. A great intro to the truck experience for smaller gatherings. Includes: Up to 2 hours of service; One licensed bartender; Two tap beverages; Full truck setup & breakdown; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, cleaning towels & serving essentials; Side bar setup for service.
• Tap Truck Full Pour — $1,200 + GST off-peak, $1,440 + GST peak season. More taps, more time - perfect for a proper party. Includes: Up to 3 hours of service; One licensed bartender; Four tap beverages; Full truck setup & breakdown; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, cleaning towels & serving essentials; Side bar setup for service.

Add-ons and extras

• Additional service hours— $150: Need some more time? Tack it on.
• Early setup / late breakdown: Logistics issue? No problem - we can set up and break down anytime before or after an event.
• Travel outside Greater Victoria: First 40 km from our Esquimalt base is included. $3/km additional, one-way.
• Is your event on the mainland?— $250: No problem at all, just cover the cost of the ferry for our regular sized vehicle.
• Additional bartender— $250: An additional bartender will keep the drinks flowing non-stop.
• Extra tap line— $100: For your additional keg, cider, or kombucha (available on our 2-tap packages).
• Additional tap cocktail— $200: We build, pour, and garnish a prebatched cocktail from one of your taps, including custom cocktails to match your theme.
• Glassware: Just let us know and we can take care of glassware rentals from start to finish.
• Custom drink menu signage: Printed or chalkboard style
• Branded cup sleeves or napkins: Minimum order applies
• Floral or greenery bar styling: Coordinated with your florist
• Full side bar setup: Included in Premium, add-on for others
• Permitting: Don't want to deal with the paperwork? We've got it covered. If you'd prefer not to handle the liquor permitting for your event, we can manage the Special Event Permit (SEP) application on your behalf and use our names on the application - one less thing to worry about.
