Tap Truck VI Pricing

Mobile tap truck and bartending service for weddings and private events across Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island, BC. Clients supply their own beverages; Tap Truck VI provides the truck, tap system, equipment, and licensed bartenders. Prices below are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST. Travel within Greater Victoria is included.

Wedding Packages

  • The Classic Pour — $1,800 + GST. A clean, elegant bar service for your big day. Includes: Up to 4 hours of service; Full truck setup & breakdown included; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, towels & serving essentials; Basic bar setup with table + tap system; Two tap beverages; Bottled wine service; One licensed bartender.
  • Tap Truck Signature — $2,400 + GST. The most popular choice - more taps, more time, two bartenders. Includes: Up to 6 hours of service; Full truck setup & breakdown included; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, towels & serving essentials; Four tap beverages; Bottled wine service; Optional Prosecco on tap; Two licensed bartenders.
  • Tap Truck Premium — $3,400 + GST. The full experience - cocktails, styling, and everything taken care of. Includes: Up to 8 hours of service; Full truck setup & breakdown included; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, towels & serving essentials; Four tap beverages; Two optional tap cocktails + garnish; Full side bar setup; Bottled wine service; Optional Prosecco on tap; Custom drink menu + styling touches; Two licensed bartenders.

Private Event Packages

  • Tap Truck Lite — $800 + GST. A great intro to the truck experience for smaller gatherings. Includes: Up to 2 hours of service; Full truck setup & breakdown included; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, towels & serving essentials; Two tap beverages; One licensed bartender.
  • Tap Truck Lite Plus — $1,300 + GST. More taps, more time - perfect for a proper party. Includes: Up to 3 hours of service; Full truck setup & breakdown included; All tap equipment & dispensing hardware; Ice & cooling for kegs; Bar tools, towels & serving essentials; Four tap beverages; One licensed bartender.

Add-ons and extras

  • Additional service hours: $125–$195/hr depending on package
  • Early setup / late breakdown: Available on request
  • Travel outside Greater Victoria: Per km rate, quoted on request
  • Second bartender: $50–$65/hr
  • Extra tap line: $100/line - for your additional keg, cider, or kombucha
  • Cocktails or mocktails on tap: We build & pour batch cocktails from what you provide
  • Prosecco on tap: Available on Signature & Premium
  • Custom signature drink: We design & name a cocktail for your event
  • Custom drink menu signage: Printed or chalkboard style
  • Branded cup sleeves or napkins: Minimum order applies
  • Floral or greenery bar styling: Coordinated with your florist
  • Full side bar setup: Included in Premium, add-on for others
  • Permitting: Don't want to deal with the paperwork? We've got it covered. If you'd prefer not to handle the liquor permitting for your event, we can manage the Special Event Permit (SEP) application on your behalf and use our names on the application - one less thing to worry about.

You bring the drinks, we bring the bar

Buy exactly what you love - no markup

You supply your own kegs, so you choose every pouring from the taps — and pay keg prices, not bar prices. In BC you can order kegs through the liquor store, and we bring the 1932 tap truck, the full tap system, the gear, and your licensed bartenders to pour it all.
